John Paul and Molly are a couple of awesome friends of mine who asked me to film their wedding, which I was super pumped to do! It took place April 7, 2012 at Harn Homestead in Oklahoma City. The forecast was somewhat daunting but we used our positive thoughts to prove that dang Gary England wrong...mostly. It only sprinkled a tad (long before the ceremony) and by the end the sun was actually making an appearance. Turns out, the evening could not have been better!

After meeting more of JP & Molly's families, It was easy to see how these two turned out to be such great people! I think it's safe to say everyone had a blast at this wedding and could not be happier for these two.

Flowers were by the always-impressive Kelly Long at Poppy Lane Design {www.poppylanedesign.com}

Simply Scrumptious Gourmet Catering brought their A-game with food so good it'll make you smack Paula Dean with a stick of butter. Find them on FB and your tongue will never stop thanking you.

Audio/lights/DJ provided by Matt at Beat Boss Entertainment. Ain't no party like a Beat Boss party cause a Beat Boss party don't stoooooop! Didn't Coolio say that? Anyway, Matt killed it and everybody had a great time on the dance floor. {http://www.beatbossent.com and on FB}

Holli B. Photography knocked it out of the park AS ALWAYS! If you don't already know how good Holli is...you ain't got to go home but you got to get the heck up outta here! {http://www.hollibphotography.com and on FB}

Everything went supa-dupa smooth like butter thanks to planner Leah Houts.

If I forgot anyone, I'll fix it...I just wrote this ridiculousness way too fast.

Molly's Bridal Shower

Here are a few shots I took recently at Molly's bridal shower. I am happy to say that I'll be filming the wedding which is coming up in a few months, and I'm PUMPED! Molly & her fiancé John Paul are both awesome people and I couldn't be happier for them. Anyway, we'll talk more about them when it's video time.

Being a dude...I can't say I've attended many bridal showers. Actually, I don't think I even went to my own. BUT even a first-timer could tell this one was pretty impressive. Kelly Long at Poppy Lane Design did a great job on the flower arrangements, and Rachel Kuehn with Simply Scrumptious (also check out The Manor B&B) whipped up some food that would make you backhand yo mama's mama! Let's just say I never got further than an arm's-length away from the strawberry & french toast skewers. They had to tell me to stop drinking the syrup out of that mason jar. Who knew that wasn't proper "shower etiquette" anyway?
